Recommendations

1. Do not use refinished surface for 24 hours

2.The new surface will remain tender for about 10 days 

3. Tub and tile must be caulked after 24 hour period 

4. Never use abrasive cleaners

5. Never use abrasive cleaning pads

6.Faucets must be maintained at all times ( No drips or water settling in tub bottom )

7. Do not leave soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo or shaving cream bottles on refinished surface 

8. Never let dyes, ink, drain opening solution, oven cleaner, or any other chemicals sit on bathtub 

                                                                                                                                                              Cleaning instructions

1. Use only non-abrasive liquid cleaners on your refinished surface

2.Do not use any product containing bleach  or chlorine 

3. For the best results, spray surface with mild cleaner and let penetrate for 3-5 minutes, and use non-scratching cleaning pad to clean surface

4.Extend the life of your refinished surface with the use of a "GEL GLOSS"  polish (available at most super markets)  or any polymer based polish every 6 months 

Warranty 

Goldsmith Painting warranties the surface of the original bathtubs and tile surface refinished by us against defects in workmanship for a period of (1 ) year, providing the customer has properly maintained tub area as recommended, and the bat tub and tiles have not been resurfaced prior to Goldsmith Painting. If tub and or tiles have been resurfaced prior to our arrival, prior resurface must  removed and original surface to apply full warranty. Repairs to due defects in workmanship will be made free of charge during this time period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by dripping faucets, grip stickers, abrasive cleaners, or chipping due to direct impact, misuse, or abuse. Warranty does not cover grout between tiles that has not been maintained or is in poor quality prior to resurfacing. Warranty does not cover against damage caused by use of hair chemicals or dyes, use of drain opening solutions, or any other chemical that has been applied to surface after resurfacing is completed. It is imperative that bar soap , shaving cream cans, dish soap, hand sanitizer etc. are never left standing on bathtub surface. There is no guarantee that the color, once selected , by the customer, will match other fixtures. There is not charge for labor or materials during the terms of this warranty, providing the customers has properly maintained the bathtub/ shower and tiles as recommended. There will be a $75.00 service charge for transportation or travel to and from your property / home to complete any warranty work.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is null and void when property is sold or Management changes. This warranty covers bathtub and tile resurface work only. 

All other resurfacing such as a kitchen and bathroom sinks, chip repairs, etc., will carry no warranty. This warranty  is in lieu of any other warranty or implied.
